Chelsey Bishop’s prenatal yoga classes are focused on supporting and empowering all types of parents, ultimately reducing stress, which helps with adjusting to the different transitions babies require. After earning her RYT-200 yoga certification, Bishop began to specialize prenatal and postpartum yoga classes. She genuinely wants to help parents reach their goals, and uses yoga as a tool to help. Chelsey Bishop is also a labor doula, a postpartum doula, and a mother of three children.
